For many men, all they need for ejaculatory control is to hear that it is possible. Most men have never considered it possible to separate their feeling of orgasm from ejaculating. They are glad to hear it is possible with the love muscle control.

If a man gains control of his muscle, he can increase the staying power of his erection as much as he wants (barring any physical problems). As he exercises, he will find it possible to experience his orgasm gradually, a little at a time, without ejaculating. When he does, the pleasure is even more intense.
Most men are absolutely fascinated when they learn how to do this, and will begin practicing as soon as they’ve got the information.
(The only possible drawback can be too much enthusiasm too soon, leading to sore muscles for a day or so—but the soreness goes away rapidly. So for the first week, it would be best to exercise just ten minutes twice a day).
Love muscle exercises need not be elaborate. They can be very simple and effective. The three main exercises are described below.
If you feel no soreness, or very little, increase the time, working up to twenty minutes twice a day after the third week, and unlimited after that.
♥ The Bathroom Exercise – Make it a habit to clench twice, completely stopping the flow each time you urinate. Be certain that you do this at least three times daily. (This in addition to your other exercises).
♥ Clench and Hold – Clench and hold your muscle as hard as possible and release. Alternate clench and hold again, hold, and release. This exercise can be done during masturbation and before and during intercourse.
♥ The Fishing Pole – Clench your muscle as hard as possible and release. Alternate clench and release as fast as possible. If you do this exercise with an erection, you will notice the penis bobs up and down like a fishing pole. A good time to do it is in the morning, before your first urination, when most men have an erection.
Do the exercises for 10 minutes twice a day, alternating exercises 2 and 3, five minutes each. Within six weeks you should reach a satisfactory level of control and achieve intensified orgasms.
